Two Grand Piano Play as One

Phillipe Entremont and Sebastian Knauer will take their places at grand pianos opposite one another for a performance of Mozart's concerto for 2 Pianos No. 10 K. 365, E-Flat Major. This will be a memorable part of the German State Philharmonic's concert presented by Music Worcester Inc. Both men are world-renowned pianists. Entremont, age 76, will also be conducting the German State Philharmonic on a 14-city tour of the US, their first ever.
Knauer, age 39, has performed at concerts around the world. He is currently working on a collection of recordings, including a CD with Sir Roger Norrington and the Camerata Salzburg that is considered to be one of the best Mozart recordings ever. The concerto he will be performing with Entremont is a beautiful piece, but can be tricky at times when the two pianos should sound like one. It has to be perfectly coordinated, but that shouldn't be a problem for these two who have also worked together in the past as student and teacher.
